In October 2017, Microsoft introduced the fourth major update of Windows 10, the Fall Creators Update. It includes fun, new ways to get creative. In return, MS wants to know what program members think to guide Microsoft when introducing new builds.
Bill first joined a PC User’s Group now known as the Computer Club of Oklahoma City in 1992 to learn more about the computer he had purchased. He joined its Board of Directors, served as President for two terms and is now its Vice President. He often gives presentations on new software to his club and other PC User Groups.
